WAYC is working across Coventry and Warwickshire to deliver ‘Progress’, a brand new tailored programme of coaching and support to help NEET (not in employment, education or training) and at risk of NEET young people across Coventry and Warwickshire access training and employment opportunities. ‘Progress’, is a part of ‘Building Better Opportunities’ – a programme funded by the European Social Fund and the Big Lottery Fund to tackle poverty and social exclusion faced by the most disadvantaged people in England.
The programme has been designed to help young people aged 15 – 24 improve their chances of employment by offering them coaching support and bespoke activities in order to build skills and confidence and ultimately put them on the right path to a successful future.
