12 hours a week (Part time, sessional)
£23,494 – £27,246 pro rata £12.04 per hour (plus £1.15 holiday pay per hour) – £13.97 per hour (plus £1.33 per hour holiday pay) for JNC qualified workers
Salary Scale E- Stages 1 – 7 £9.913 per hour (plus £0.947 per hour holiday pay) – £11.496 per hour (plus £1.09 holiday pay per hour) for unqualified workers
WAYC are recruiting for an 12 hour a week Sessional Youth worker for our Youth Project with young people with mental health issues. This will be for at least two evenings a week. We are also recruiting sessional youth workers on 0 hour contracts who we will then employ on a sessional basis as the demand arises across Warwickshire, North Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull.
To be accountable and responsible for the delivery of specific youth work projects, programmes and services in accordance with the policies of WAYC.

We are looking for a dynamic and committed qualified Youth and Community Worker to lead and develop our Lloyds Bank Foundation funded Leaving Care Project. Initially around 15 hours a week will involve working on the NEETS Progress project which is funded via Big Lottery and the European Social Fund. This is an exciting opportunity to work intensely with young people to make a difference to their lives, and help them to achieve their potential.
